The hotel was comfortable overall with a cozy bed and enjoyable stay, but it was not ready upon our arrival. The housekeeping smelled like smoke in what was supposed to be a smoke-free room, which was disappointing. The check-in process involving background checks on phones seemed unnecessary and weird.
